1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Site is entirely optional and is provided at the sole discretion of MGME Group. MGME Group reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice or liability.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content, services, and functionalities provided therein are offered on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MGME Group expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. MGME Group, its owners, employees, and affiliates make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Site.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Your infringement, misappropriation, or unauthorized use of any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of MGME Group or any third party.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which MGME Group is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree that any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that State.

9. Amendments and Modifications
MGME Group reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time, in its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and MGME Group with respect to your use of the Site and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, regarding the Site.

11. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
